Algeria Wants to Export LNG to Pakistan

Algerian ambassador to Pakistan Ahmed Benflis has said that the North African nation wants to boost bilateral business ties and is interested in exporting liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the south Asian nation.

Speaking at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Benflis said that Pakistan faces acute energy shortage and Algeria could help Islamabad by exporting LNG, media reports said.
